At Crosswell K9 Distributors we believe in the quality and durability of our products. We stand by every Chew Proof dog bed we sell and are committed to ensuring you and your furry friend are completely satisfied.  

 

30-DAY MONEY-BACK RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, our 30-Day Money Back Return Policy has got you covered.  Our 30-day return policy, means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a refund.

Damages or incorrect order

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Product is not right for you

From the day your Chew Proof bed arrives, you have 30 days to put it to the test. Let your dog jump on it, chew on it, and give it the full canine treatment. Not Satisfied? No Worries!   If you or your dog aren’t completely happy with the bed, simply let us know within 30 days of your purchase date.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Chew Proof Dog Enrichment Toys cannot be returned and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Our Riplock PVC mats come with a twelve (12) month guarantee. Should your dog manage to put a hole in the Riplock PVC mat within this period, will provide you with a one-time replacement or refund your money if a replacement isn’t sufficient.

 

For our Tough Pet Mesh mats, we offer a one hundred (100) day guarantee. If your dog damages the Tough Pet Mesh mat within this timeframe, we’ll either provide you with a one-time replacement or provide a refund if we determine that a replacement won’t solve the issue.

 

The Chew Proof aluminium frame is guaranteed for the life of your pup, 10 years in a residential setting when you register for the warranty (or 5 years in a commercial environment). Send us a picture of the broken frame and we’ll either replace the part or return your funds.

 

 

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

Get in Touch

Contact our friendly customer service team via email at crosswellk9distributors@gmail.com or call us at 027 773 8612.  Please provide your order number and details about the reason for your return.

Prepare Your Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Pack the bed securely in its original packaging or any suitable box. Make sure the bed is clean and free from excessive wear or damage.

Return Shipping

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest postal service location.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at crosswellk9distributors@gmail.com.

Important Notes

• Original Packaging: Whenever possible, please return the bed in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
• Condition: We understand your dog might give it a good test, but we can’t accept returns with excessive damage, stains, or odours.
• Shipping Costs: We cover the return shipping costs for domestic orders. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Exchanges: Prefer a different size or colour? No problem! Contact us, and we’ll arrange an exchange for you.
